How do I return an item?

All our bows come with a three month or 90 days warranty. Your satisfaction with every purchase is very important to us. If there has been an error on our part in fulfilling your order, please call or e-mail us immediately and we will do everything possible to correct the situation for you. If you are not satisfied with an item you purchased from us, you may have it returned to us for exchange or a full refund at any point during the 90 days warranty.

A refund can only be rejected if a bow is returned in a substantially poor condition with cuts and marks.

It is our responsibility to ensure your bow is delivered in exquisite shape thus we take care of shipping costs to all US states.

All the compound bows and sights listed on our website are brand new. No used items are sold.
